The County of Carroll invites sealed bids for Copier/Printer/Scanner/Fax Services.

The County of Carroll abides by all sections of the Virginia Procurement Act and requires all bidders to comply with the Virginia Procurement Act.

The County of Carroll reserves the right to refuse or reject any or all bids or to accept a higher bid if it is felt the higher bid has additional value to the County of Carroll.

All bids should be sent to Nikki Cannon, Assistant County Administrator and Director of Finance, Carroll County Governmental Center, 605-1 Pine Street, Hillsville, Va. 24343, no later than 2:00 PM on September 27th, 2018. Bids arriving after specified time will not be opened and discarded. Please mark the outside of the envelope with “Proposals Information Technology Copier/Printer/Scanner/Fax Services ” and the due date of the proposal.
