Below are links to some required forms specified in the 2 documents listed above.  You will select the version of each form that corresponds to your level of candidacy (Local, General Assembly, State, or Federal).  You will print these documents and submit as per the instructions found in the Candidate Bulletin.

                       ***Candidates for Soil and Water Director do not have to file a Statement of Economic Interest.***

An additional component of your Candidacy is Campaign Finance Reporting, also specified in the 2 documents above.  Below are links to the Virginia Department of Elections Campaign Finance website.  This site includes video instruction and user manuals.  All candidates, whether Exempt or Non-Exempt must complete Campaign Finance Reporting on-line with the Virginia Department of Elections.
