The Children's Services Act (CSA) coordinates  effective and innovative systems of care through-out Virginia for at-risk youth and families.  CSA  improves outcomes for children and their families by enabling assistance and training for children and families in need.  We work closely with state agencies, local government, public and private service providers, and parents and families to improve the lives of at-risk children in Carroll County .  The CSA is administered by two key teams:

The Community Policy and Management Team (CPMT):  coordinates agency efforts, manages the available funds, and ensures eligible youths and their families get help.

The Family Assessment and Planning Team (FAPT): evaluatesthe strengths and needs of the individual youth and families, decides what services to off and prepares a service plan thru Family Engagements.

Both teams include parents, staff from Community Services Boards, Court Service Units, Department of Health, Social Services, Public Schools and Private Providers.

Office Hours:  8:15 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday
