- Maintain Carroll County Public Service Authority GIS.
- Scan existing large-format paper maps to raster image files.
- Locate & map features with GPS.
- Overlay site plans onto aerial imagery.
- Assistance with the install & set-up of esri® ArcReader© with GIS data on users laptop.
