Human Resources Director

The  HR Department helps Carroll County achieve its mission and goals by recruiting, retaining and developing qualified employees and providing those employees and county management with the training opportunities and HR services required to accomplish the work of the county.

The HR Department works with employees in the various departments of the county on matter pertaining to HR including:  recruiting, employment, training, compensation, benefits, performance and policy & procedures. 

Office hours for the human Resources Department are Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
